Error when trying to run Check for game updates

Trying to use my TrackIR 5 with MSFS 2024 and I can't get it to work at all. The trackir works in the app but not MSFS 2024.
And when trying to update the games list I get "An error occurred while contacting the update server. The error was: The requested operation cannot be performed on the specified server."
Running the software as administrator and got the latest 5.5.3.317
What to do?

Hello Massis,
There was an issue with our Games List server last weekend that has since been resolved. Please try again to update your Games List.

Hello,
I cannot get my TrackIR installation to update its games data.
It looks like
https://www.trackir.com/games also doesn't populate.
Could you guys fix this and maybe also just provide the file and instructions somewhere for manual install? Google and forum search results here suggest this isn't kind of a chronic problem.

I've just bought an IR track, I want to play MSF 2024 but it doesn't appear in the game list. And it's impossible to update the game list because of the error message: “An error occurred while contacting the update server”.
I've seen other topics with similar problems but apparently the server problem was solved last WE...
So why am I getting the same message this weekend?
Error Game list and program updates

Like title says, having the program check for updates returns an error: image1.png
Also found out that while having Game lists and Software updates checked, program was at 4.(?something?) while through the website i found out that 5.53 is current. After downloading that i still cannot download a new games list. Id like to use the headtracker with MSFS2024

I seem to have the same issue, checked with a friend, he has the same issues aswel.

just to clarify, i have no Antivirus, no firewall (just windows defender) and i run the softwar as an administrator

I tried multiple times today and i cannot update my Game List because i can't connect to the Server.
Seems like the issue isn't resolved yet
Edit: Can delete my post. Today everything worked as it should

Doesn't work for me today. Says:
