Hi everyone
I am using NaturalPoint's SmartNav device to control the computer cursor without using my hands. I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 11 and had difficulty installing the SmartNav software, as the device did not work as expected. I did some research and learned that the SmartNav software has been discontinued for a long time, so there is no official update for Windows 11. However, I also read that some TrackIR users have had success by completely uninstalling the software, including registry entries, and then reinstalling it for use on Windows 11. I am not sure if this method will work for SmartNav.
Has anyone in the community encountered the same problem and found a solution for using SmartNav on Windows 11? If so, please share your experience and detailed instructions on how to fix it. Also, if NaturalPoint plans to release an update or replacement software for SmartNav to be compatible with Windows 11, please let me know.
Thanks for everyone's help.

Re: Support for SmartNav on Windows 11?
Hello containstaid,
Can you describe the difficulty you were having with the SmartNav software? Were the drivers successfully installed (you can check in Device Manager to see if there are any Unknown Devices or devices with errors)?
Kind Regards,
