Request for help with Active BaseStation setup

Hi, I am currently trying to use Active Markers with OptiTrack and have encountered an issue with the Base Station. I have connected the Base Station using PoE, and the indicator light glows green/yellow. However, the device does not appear under "Devices" in Motive (version 3.1.2). Additionally, no other LEDs on the Base Station are glowing.

My setup includes:

Three Prime 13W cameras
An eSync device, which is successfully listed under "Devices" in Motive
Motive version 3.1.2
I would like to confirm:

Should the Base Station also be powered via the mini USB cable in addition to PoE?
What steps should I take to ensure the Active Marker Base Station is properly detected in Motive?
