Vector not working

Suddenly my vector is locking up I get no movement at all. When I put settings to dot only the 2 dimensional movement is fine but as soon as I switch to vector the movement just locks up.
Please help

Please send a screenshot of the Tracking (camera view) window when you are using the vector, along with your serial number and software version to
support@naturalpoint.com

I haven't a clue how to take a screenshot
But Ver no of software is 4.1 build 25
