Vector Activation

I have recently upgraded to 64bit hardware and did a clean install of XP. My porblem is that now I cannot activate the Vector expansion. I get a "Data is invalid" error message and a link to a naturalpoint page which informs me that another user has activated the product. I have tried the phone number supplied but to no avail. Can someone please supply me with a number I can call from Austalia. Thanks

Thanks for the tech support. It was worth the cost of the call. Lock On is truely awsome with the TrackIR Pro3 and the Vector (and Edimensional's E-glasses)!!
