Hello Hester,

Mouse clicking is not available in the TrackIR software, with or without Vector. You can use the Vector and TrackIR in games which have a mouse look mode, but not for navigating the desktop.

For desktop navigation we have our SmartNAV line of products and accessories. The SmartNAV hands free mouse can help people in a wide range of situations, from those who are looking to alleviate repetitive strain injuries to those who are currently unable to use a computer.

Our product is a powerful, hands-free mouse alternative that allows a user to have complete control of a computer using only their head motion. The SmartNAV product line offers an ideal solution for anyone seeking an alternative or supplement for a standard mouse or keyboard.

For more information about the SmartNAV head tracker you can check out our website at:

Best Regards,
Kevin

KevinThe SmartNAV is only mouse movement. Why does the vector expansion not work? I see the movements in the demos act like mouse movements. Can you guys or some other third part make a mouse emmulator. I am trying to play a non-supported 1st person shooter. I want to use the Vector Expanision to Aim with and move around in game. So if i lean forward my chariter will walk forward, and if i look left my chariter will move the Crosshairs left.

Thanks,
Hester

Kevin - I have graduated to trackir pro 3 from trackir 1. , in my flight simming.
When i used trackir 1 I used it mainly with the original IL2 flight sim which used mouse emulation. I have re loaded IL2 but the track ir 3 software doesn't work with IL2 .
I need to do something,I imagine, within the latest trackir software to allow it to work with this sim- I cannot believe that "the lesser is not contained in the greater" so to speak.
Can you spell out how i can achieve this please
Thanksl

Cas141, have a look in your install directory and there should be TIRmouse. Give it a try and it should solve your problem.
