HI. I just received the Track Ir hat and Vector Clip.

I was under the impression that I could just clip it on, put on my hat, turn on my Track Ir3 Pro, acctivate the Expansion and go. I found that this was not the case.

When I hit the activation button, I'm asked for the Vector serial number and the vector hash. I don't believe I have these.

All I got in the box was the Hat, the Clip (not in a package, but loose) and an invoice for $28.77 from Natural Point.

Do I have to pay even more money to get this thing up and running? What am I missing here?

Note: I bought the Hat and clip because the same package together had been out of stock for the last 4 weeks.

Can you clarify which product(s) you purchased from NaturalPoint?

If you purchased the "Vector Expansion" (now known as "Vector Pro") then it should have included an activation code.

If you purchased a "TrackHat" and "Track Clip" seperately, then you will not get an activation code.

Please contact support@naturalpoint.com with your order number and they should be able to help you figure out whether there was a packaging problem or if you did not select the correct product to enable Vector support in your TrackIR.
