I'm really confused right now with this Optitrack thing...first i thought it was compatible with maya...second i thought it can do whole body animation...but i keep hearing different things..is optitrack not suitable for animation?

In general, the OptiTrack camera is a development platform for programers to build their own applications on top of using our SDK. This could well be motion capture or many other unique tracking ideas. We have customers working on many different concepts and we hope that as the product matures these programs will become available to our user group.
