OptiTrack V120-Trio Data Export Anomaly: Rigid Body & Marker XYZ Coordinates Consistently Zero

I'm encountering an issue while using the OptiTrack V120-Trio to track a rigid body with Motive software (Version 3.3.4.1 Final). During playback, the rigid body tracking appears successful, and I can confirm valid motion data via the Graph tool—each marker's XYZ coordinates display normal, fluctuating curves as expected.
However, when exporting data using the "Export Tracking Data" function, the generated CSV file shows abnormal results: quaternion values for rigid body rotation are correctly recorded, but the XYZ coordinates (both for the rigid body center and all individual markers) are consistently 0.0 (not missing, but fixed at zero). Notably, exporting marker error values yields valid, non-zero numerical results.
I’ve verified the tracking status during recording and playback, and the Graph tool confirms the presence of valid coordinate data. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or could you provide guidance on troubleshooting this export anomaly?

Sounds like a Motive export bug, not a tracking issue — since the graph clearly shows valid XYZ. Double-check your export preset (Global vs Local + Frame Data), and if that’s already correct, try exporting in Motive 3.4 — CSV position zeros were a known issue in some 3.3 builds.
