Tracking doesnt stop while using mouse

I am using TrackIR pro 4 only with Flight Simulator FS9.1
Before buying it, I could read in commercial advertisement
quote
Use your mouse at the same time The trackIR does not interfere with your current mouse in any way. If you want to use the mouse, just start moving it and the trackIR will relinquish control. Stop using your mouse, and the trackIR takes over again.
unquote

BUT... While I start using mouse to press a button or else,
tracking doesnt stop and it is not easy
I couldnt start normally the engines !!!

These are my only problem but it is not
comfortable for piloting

I use my mouse fine when playing FS2004. What type of mouse are you using? And what exact issue are you having?

I am not having any issues with the mouse myself. Have you tried to reinstall FS2005 with latest patch then try again?

I reinstalled FS9, then patch FS9.1,
then addons.
In my old programming souvenirs,
I suppose that TrackIR has to intercept
an IRQ while mouse is operating.

Hello:

I believe the ad you are quoting from is very old. We used to operate like a mouse, as an emulator, and when you moved the mouse the tracking did stop. We no longer operate in this manner, we now have a direct driver into many new games.

I understand what you are trying to do in the cockpit, click on various buttons and switches. If you are having a hard time holding still I would suggest increasing the Smoothing setting to at least 50, perhaps higher. Let me know if that helps, if not we may be able to make a feature to pause tracking while the mouse moves. Also, you can simply Pause the TrackIR by hitting F9.

I tried smoothing at 50 then 60.
I finally used to pause tracking with F9
but it is not comfortable and not pleasant.
I will do that until there is a way
to pause tracking while the mouse moves.
Yes we have to click very often on various buttons and switches
and it would be more appropriate for fs2004.

Thanks by advance if you can make a feature to pause tracking while the mouse moves
