Hi all. Just got TIR4 but can not complete the installation in Windows XP.
Uninstalled old TIR2 removed directories, cleaned the registry and installed TIR4 software. All's well, then plugged the unit get the "New hardware found" finds and installs the drivers but at the final screen comes up with: Windows can not install this hardware, can not find the file specified.
Now when you click finish, the F.N.Hardware screen comes up again until you click cancel.
After that Track IR WORKS FINE, but every time I start the computer I have to go through the installation process again "not good"

I followed your instructions and downloaded the driver version of your web page, install them to have the same results at the end: "can not find the file specified".
Then I used the Device Registry Fix that you e-mailed me and get the following message:
"No deviced detected that needed to be fixed"
So I'm back where I started. HELP!

It finally worked. After running the Reg-fix several times to no avail, suddently it worked and my installation is completed and working.
