help is needed ! usb name problem

hi support,
help is needed cause i�ve got the "name" usb problem. if i put in my trackir4 device then windows "see" just an usb device. not the npusb or so .
i�ve installed, deinstalled, rebooted a thousand times. all like you wrote it in troubleshooting.
please help !
