POOF!!!

trackir4 just stopped working...was flying fine moments before in FS2004...red light on top illuminates....yellow on bottom does not flash anymore... the four lights no longer illuminate when trackir is activated....get a "status: no data" and greyed-out vector expansion in trackir window....uninstalled/reinstalled..no luck...any ideas?

Hi,

I have the same problem. Tried following steps from another post :

1. Uninstall all TrackIR software.
2. Delete the TrackIR4 folder from C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
3. Disconnect the TrackIR and reboot PC
4. Reinstall the software from this link.
5. Reboot PC.
6. Connect the TrackIR to a USB port on the back of the PC.
7. No matter what displays, if it installs, great but if not, find a file called SETUPAPI.LOG in your windows folder and email it to me.

I have also tried using different usb ports-no effect.

Here's my install log :

I tried the regfix : No devices detected that need fixing

I have also tried it on another pc and it doesn't work there either -> unknown USB device.

Purchased from eDimensional UK December 05. serial # 042781.

Please help.
