Bloody annoying stability problems

"I seem to be having problems with the TIR 3.03 software too. Normally it works quite well, much better then the 2.12 software, but... I have two kinds of problems occasinally and unpredictably.
1) Sometimes, quite often after I hosted a MP game, when I start the game again, the view becomes totally jittery. This can be easily solved be just restarting the sofware. After the restart the problem is gone. What is extremely annoying is that I never know when it is going to happen. If I entered another MP game basically I have no other option but to leave. Very often a waist of my time and my fellow pilots time.
2) Every so often, after starting my computer, the tracking seems to be lagging behind my head movements. This can be solved by quitting the software and disconnecting the unit. Then I restart the software with the unit disconnected, quit the software again, and reconnect the unit. After starting the software again, now it works normally again.
Still, I would hate to go back to the old software. The tracking performance is quite inferior to the new software.
