This is driving me nuts! Ive reinstalled FS9 3 times in as many days!!
Every time I install so many addons, TIR just stops working! It recognizes FS, and sees the hat, but wont move!
This is driving me nuts!

Can you narrow it down to a specfic flight sim add-on, it might have it's own view mode that is conflicting with the TrackIR?

Maybe try re-installing the TIR4 software again.

At this point, I am pretty sure it's an issue with one of the Add-on software applications.

Ive spent the day installing 1 addon, trying TIR, installing another, trying TIR again, and so on...
Im thinking it might be some addon textures :S
There are still a few addons I havent installed, but I doubt its them (PMDG B1900, F1 Super 80, Ultimate Traffic) but just saying it is some FS9 textures seems absurd even to me...
But I think it has something to do with Real Environment Professional...

Okay, I think I found the offending file!
It was a modified Language.dll I downloaded off of FS2004.com that would remove the in-game messages. I dropped it in, TIR stopped working, removed it, and TIR works again!
Sorry about my outburst...

Not an issue. We have seen some issues with the modified dlls, as they remove some key lines of code required by the TrackIR.
If you have anything else come up, just drop us a line. We are here to lend a hand.
