hola! problem with TIR and WinXPprofesinal

I was using TIR in my computer with WinME and there was No problem, but I switch my MoBo to an Abit IC-7 and install WinXP prfesional, I made a mistake... I plug in the T IR first and my problems start I try to uninstall TIR and unplug it but still recibing the warning "hardwere pluged in USB port and bad installation" is there a softwere to uninstall Tir compleatlly also I used the procedure to remove devices with the devices manager , the usb ports marked with this " ? " disapear but after restart ther computer same thing it apears again with simbol "?" ,also on time after trying to install it I read a warning that windows didn't recognice the softwere or somthing like that and advise me to contact the manufacture.????????????? what can I do??? pleas help The disc version is 2.11.

Install the TIR software *FIRST* then plug it in.
