MY NEW TRACKIR 3 PRO IS DEAD

I have owned this product I purchased from eDimensional UK

Thats 6 days and its now dead.(and yes by "dead" I mean exactly that..no power/lights anything at all) It worked fine on the first 2 days after install, then I decided I liked it so much I have ordered the vector expansion. Trouble is I fired the unit up last night, unit came on but the heads were flying around out of control and config bars going mental. Thinking it was just a config prob I just powered of pc and rebooted....then nothing!! Totally dead. Yes I have re-installed all after deleting from registry blah blah...nope, this unit is totally dead and I am totally gutted. I am very knowledgable around my pcs, built around 12 at the last count so I know what I am doing here.
So whats the next step? You guys give me an RMA number? I cant believe this has happened before my paid for vector unit and cap has arrived.I have just checked my order for the expansion from eDimensional (just did it yesterday,Sunday, so it is still being processed, I hope they will cancel before shipping) I really um'd and aa'd about getting the more expensive v4 as well, now its cost me just as much buying seperate parts and adding p&p. Just wondered wether I should have bothered getting any version at all if this is the quality of build. I suppose theres nothing you can do and I have to deal with eDimensional.
I await your reply a.s.a.p please.
p.s. I have tried a fresh install on 3 other pcs Just to confirm that this unit is totally dead.

You know what really annoys me...when companys tout the fact they offer "24 HOUR SUPPORT" and have no such bloody thing. I have tried posting AND phoning both NaturalPoint and eDimensional....can you guess what folks? Yip thats right...no ones at home. 24hr support my ass. I guess now I'm gonna be stuck with a vectar unit and cap thats of absolutely no use to me at all. Not best pleased.

Damn it!! knew I'd be to late. eDimensional have just sent my order for the expansion out...THEN answered the phone.
Apparantly you guys here are supposed to help me with this! I am trying very hard here NOT to be rude but the serious lack of response I am getting here is really starting to annoy me. I have been buying parts for pcs for many a year and I suppose up until now I have been amazingly lucky and never had ANYTHING go wrong. Comes with buying quality I suppose. But this is the first time and its also the first time I have also dealt with the States. I'm afraid it may be my last. I have been out of work for over a year now due to illness, and it took me some time to raise the funds to buy this highly antisipated product.
Please remove your your advertised "24hr support" as it is NOT true and very misleading.

Dear buffybill,
I try to answer all Forum threads as soon as possible, but it can take several hours to get to any one specific thread.
Our support forum is active 24 hours in the day, generally there are other users of the product that can help with troubleshooting tip, or steps for enhancing game play.
As for getting the unit replaced, please contact NaturalPoint support directly with your unit serial #, it should be located on the end of the cable, near the USB plug, or on the underside of the device, and a copy of the information you have posted here.

Ok Vincent thank you lots for all your help in this situation and my sincere apologys for the rude little strop. I feel so much better now I know that if the seller is not very forth coming that NATURALPOINT will step in and save the day.
To be honest I am just a little bit gutted that "I" have the bad luck with this, as it seems folks have been using and still are using versions 1 and 2 for some time WITHOUT problems. Happens eh.
