Buying TIR4

First I bought TIR3, then VE. Now I want to kow, if TIR4 is worth the money. What is the difference between what I have and TIR4?

Okay, I have the money, but really wanted to know, if the extra 13 degrees made it a better control, and how a faster reaction time does a better job. In other words is it hyp or fact.

I think it works much better, but I'm a little biased.

I have all of the TIR3 files removed. I had a problem with the computer, it had a problem with an unsigned driver, has Natural Point considered getting signed drivers (approved by MS)
