Not Working in FS9

Hi, I hooked up my new TrackIR Pro following the instructions and all seemed to work well. I could make the little heads move and everything.
I started FS9, the blue light came on, but I can't move anything. The software status says "tracking." But, in the virtual cockpit, the only way that I can look around is by using the hat on my CH Products flight yoke.
I've read about a dll file that is supposed to be in the modules folder? I don't seem to have that if it is required? Thanks for any help, Rick

With the latest software it isn't required anymore.
Which version of the TrackIR software are you running?

4.1.028
I uninstalled and made sure that all anti-virus and spyware programs were off and re-installed with the same result.
The blue light comes on when I start a flight and the software shows that FS2004 is running. Yet, nothing else happens.
I looked in C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS and didn't see x86_Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect there....is it supposed to be?

Not in FS9 there isn't. SimConnect is only in FSX.
So the profile loads, you get the blue light on the TrackIR, but no movement once you enable the VC cockpit?

Yes, that is it. If I minimize FS9, it shows that the correct profile is loaded and that tracking is enabled. But, nothing at all happens within FS9. Thanks for helping me with this....

So, what do I do? Could any of my hardware be conflicting? I use CH Products pedal and yoke, Logic wireless keyboard and mouse.

And you are changing to the VC cockpit?
Does the TrackIR working in other applications?

Yes, I'm in the Virtual Cockpit. I enable mouse look and tried UT2004 and it worked fine. I could also get the mouse pointer to move in FS9 with mouse look, but could not change views like in UT2004.
In FS9, the hotkeys function when using mouse look. But, again, only the cursor moves around and not the view. When I do not enable mouse look, nothing happens in FS9.
What do I do now?

Running the update for FS9?
Have you tried a reinstall of FS9?
