The Y axis issue is driving me nuts. I've tried to edit the profile as much as I can but I can't get it right.

Would love to know when the final build of the TIR4 Pro driver is coming for FSX.

We have no defined release date for the 4.1.029 build of the software.

I'm having problems with the vertical axis in the Alpha 3 build 29 driver also. My problem is that when I look down and to the sides, or too far down, sometimes the view will immediately shift to straight down through the floor of the cockpit, and it gets stuck there. It does not respond to further head movements.

The only two ways to break the stick is to either recenter my head and press F12, or tilt my head full up and sometimes it will break the stick.

Never had this problem with the other drivers.

Also, even though I have expanded the dead zone to keep the view rock steady looking straight ahead, I have noticed that when I'm looking down, the view starts to get jittery. This makes manipulation of switches and gauges difficult.

Are these two issues yet identified? If so, are they being worked in the final driver release?

As Ken and I are having the exact same issue would you mind letting us know that this problem has been officially identified as a bug / issue so that we can have some relief that it may be fixed in the next version.

I just want to keep my hopes up that it will and won't go ignored. I'm really pleased Ken has identified the same issue too as I thought I was going daft

Its weird, as soon as you tilt your head down it becomes unstable, jitters then eventually pins your head to the floor leaving you either looking at the pit of your seat or at some random panel.

I must say, your advice as to sit futher way helped a little but didn't cure it altogether.

I'm noticing similar behavior with the beta, expecially with extreme downward motion in the pitch resulting in "floor lock". I was able to tame the behavior somewhat by turning off TrueView, if that helps. I went back to the previous version of the TIR software at Vincent's request a few days ago, and was surprised to find it much more responsive and stable. Seems like I have to fiddle with the latest version every few days, adjusting light sensitivity and such, to keep it working right.

It is being looked into.........

I have the same problem with TrackIR 3. It makes feel like my eyes have fallen out of my head and a rolling around my chin.

We are currently working on the issue, among several others, and hope to have more information posted soon.
