What problems were you having with 3.10. It has been working great with a TrackIR 1 on our test bed systems.

Did you uninstall the 3.10 and install the 3.03 correctly? With the TIR unplugged from the system at the time and telling the uninstall of 3.10 to clean up all registery settings?

Also, did the install go properly? Meaning, no errors or anything of the like? When you plugged the TIR into the system after installing 3.03, did it find the TrackIR and install all the drivers through the pop up windows like it should?

Hi I have a TrackIR v1 and after trying the new software and not having a lot of luck with it so I uninstalled it and installed version 3.03 but now the red lights have stopped working and I get a message saying the the track IR is not connected.

I have tried everything that it says in the trouble shooting section of the manual but nothing seems to work. Anyone got any ideas or has my Track IR died.

Its less than a year old!

Hi Charlie,

Yes, I have done everything by the book there was no errors on installing any of the drivers, when using the 3.10 software I found it to be 'sluggish' so reverted back to the previous software which was 3.03 and since then the software cannot connect with Track IR.

I will unplug TIR and start again maybe I missed something.

Have just reinstalled 3.10 and all seems to be working fine now.
