I post on here rather infrequently. At one time there was a thread open on totally hands-free gaming. I am a high level quadriplegic and cannot use my hands at all. I'm currently using SMART-NAV 3.2, build 28 with DwellClicker. Is there a list of what games are available to me, meaning DwellClicker carries over into the game with regular operation? The only game I currently use at "normal capability" is Civilization IV. I just ordered Company of Heroes. Hopefully that will be compatible as well.

Generally, the application may just need to be played in "windowed" mode for it to work in it.
