I have been working on getting my new video card (Nvidia 6800 GT) working with my Trackir and EDimensional wireless 3D glasses and I have noticed a strange problem.

While the Trackir is tracking fine and the 3D image is good, I notice random flashes that occur every few seconds. It looks the the 3D image is going out of sync for a second. However, if I cover the tracking dot (I have my dot on the glasses) with my finger, the flashing stops. (It also does not happen if I take the dot off the glasses.)

Has anyone experienced this problem and have a cure?

I am using the 3.11 software and running Nvidia 61.76 drivers.

I have only tried two games so far and notice the same problem with both FS2004 and UT2004.

Never mind. I got it worked out. Seems that if I plug the trackir into a USB 1.1 port on my motherboard, it works fine. (As opposed to the USB 2.0 port it was in. (This also reduced the pretty big drag on my framerate that the unit was causing. Go figure...)
