About to purchase Track IR4 Pro

I have been a very happy Track IR3 Pro w/ Vector user, and am about to submit an order, for the Track IR4 Pro.
I am debating, on whether to go ahead and get the combo with the track clip or not. I normally don't use a headset, but could see myself certainly using one more if it is that much better.
My question is, does the Track IR4 Pro combo, that comes with the Track Clip, also come with the hat and reflector thing for the hat as well?
