Please drop me an e-mail with your setupapi.log that is located in the Windows directory so that we can see what the problem may be.

Hi,
I have been using Track IR on and off quite successfully since Feb. 02. Unfortunately when I went to use it after a three weeks gap it would not work! Every time I tried to use it, even after doing a �System Restore� and re-installing the software all I get is �software cannot be connected with the unit�. This happens with versions 2_11, 3_01 and my current 3_11 exe, all of, which have run just fine for over two years. When I try a re-install the files appear in the folder but at no time does windows look for, or try to install the drivers. Device manager does not show any signs of the device, (can�t actually remember if it ever did!) It isn't even recognised as a new device by Windows XP
I have also tried to install it on my older machine with much the same results. In neither case do the LEDS light up. Just tried 3_12 exe with same results.
Has my little friend died at such an early age� Or, can we manage a software resuscitation?
Would appreciate any help as nothing on the �Forum� seems to help.
