TrackIR4 Problems with CFS3 and OFF

My trackIR4 has been working for several weeks just fine on my three flight games IL2 and CFS3 and OFF. Just a few days ago trackIR failed to load when I started OFF... no blue light. It still works with IL2 but not with CFS3. Since OFF is an add-on to CFS3 this result is not surprising. I recently loaded other software/games. What specifically is it in the software that causes the blue light to come on (TrackIR activated) when a game is loaded while TrackIR is running. Is it something that I can check to make sure that It is set correctly and hasn't been changed somehow... Remember, I did have it running OK for several weeks...

Basically, the TrackIR software detects the game loading, then loading the game profile for that specific application. What I have been seeing with CFS3 is there seems to be some registry corruption, so that the TrackIR no longer sees the application start so it never loads the profile. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where the CFS3 corruption is located.
