My TrackClip Pro has been shedding little round plastic pop-in inserts or covers. They go in the hinges of the TrackClip Pro.

Is this a problem? Are they anything more than cosmetic?

I keep sticking them back in, but they fall out again. I'm afraid to try super-gluing them in, afraid I'll freeze the hinge(s).

Is this a design defect that needs to be addressed?

They are there to cover the wires, and are just cosmetic.

You can just use a little drop of superglue to hold them in place, or just leave them off.

It is being looked into....

Great, as long as they are just cosmetic, then I won't worry about them too much.
