movement not steady

Just got my piece yesterday in Hong Kong for around USD200, ouch! I had very high expectation to this little fellow. Anyways, set it up last night and played it for a while in FS9. Everything works ok so far, except when I pan to the right and look up to the overhead panel, I can not hold the view steady, the view keeps sliding to side slowly, even I am pretty sure I hold my head still, it�s no good. Could you tell my which axes I should adjust and how?

Well, first off, I would check the tracking screen, and make sure you are only seeing the 3 green tracking reflector/leds.
Also make sure that you aren't lossing the reflectors in the tracking screen.

ah..yes. I check my tracking windows today and realized that the dots are out of the range. So now i am sitting a bit to the left to have more space panning to the right(PMDG 747 overhead panel is so big..),everythings looks good now. nice...
