Today I received 4 cameras from Natural Point and I am having troubles too recognizing the Optitrack Flex C120 on my laptop (Toshiba,Core Duo, New with Windows XP Pro) .

I try the 4 cameras and the obtain same answer, we try to install on other Laptop and again....

The driver installation says "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware".

PLEASE!! I need work with the cameras.

Thanks

I dont know if you solved your problem, but some laptops as Toshiba's have problems with driver's .inf files, because they need the "TE" (Toshiba Edition) version of it to get it recognized by the OS.
