Slow to Load

For some reason, Track Clip Pro stopped working. I finally deleted everything and reinstalled. Went to install ver. 4.1.029 but got some kind of error - something about Win 32..... I can't remember what it said. So I went on line to re-download ver. 029 but saw that ver. 030 was now available. I downloaded and installed it and all works ok again except for one small problem. After I click on the icon to start track pro, it now takes about 1 minute for it to load. It never took this long before. Is this something to do with ver.030?
It's not a big deal but there is a definite difference in the load time.

Hi Planenut, have a look in your J:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles folder and see if any of the files in there are any larger than say 2kb. If there is delete it and restart TIR. Please lut us know if it works.

Good call. My default profile was about 1.2mb in size. I deleted it as you directed and now all is well.

Yep, anything larger than 4KB indicates file corruption, and needs to be deleted, as the software will load all the profiles for use, when it starts.
