Transferring Vector Expansion to New User?

How do I go about transferring my vector expansion to a new user? I am selling my TrackIR 3 with Vector to buy a TrackIR 4 Pro.
It is tied to the serial number of the unit itself, and not to a particular user.
As long as the vector code, goes with the TrackIR unit it was registered with, it will work just fine.
