Excellent product! Love it. Just have one small problem. I cannot assign any hot keys. I was able to once, then I tried to change them again and I couldnt. I will press any key and nothing happens. The only key that works is Mouse 1. Just installed it today. Track IR Pro: 61272 Software version 4.1 build 30

So what happens when you go into a profile, click on the HotKeys Tab, and hit the change button?

Are you running any applications in the background?

Ahh, I figured out, should have known to check this >:| I have I Hate Keyloggers installed, that was blocking it, fixed it, thanks!
