Just got TRACKIR - Not Working!!

Hi.

Got track IR today, first thing i done was open it up, put the cd in the drive, but it refused to work, so i then downloaded the software/drivers on the naturalpoint website, after that installed, i connected the TRACKIR device to the usb port on my computer.

Done that, now for some reason, the TRACKIR 4 device in Device manager is displayed, but with a yellow triangle with a "!" symbol (indicating a error).

Ive reinstalled the drivers/software, rebooted, tried another USB port. uninstalled the device via device manager, then rescanned for changes, nothing.

What a huge letdown, waited a week for this darn thing to arrive and this is all i get for the �100 i spent on it..

Here's my PC specs, what use they'll be:

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate (64bit)

CPU: Pentium 4 3.4ghz

RAM: Ballistix DDR2 PC28000 2GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 400GB 7200RPM

GPU: ATI Radeon x1600 PRO (PCI-E) 512mb

Mate we are all waiting with baited breath for the 64 bit drivers to be signed so we can use them. It is suprising you didn't get the driver loading page telling you they where not signed

Answered in email, and yes we are currently working on 64-bit drivers for Vista.
