FS 2004 TIR is twitching

Since is installed newest Version of softwre. in FS2004 the view twitch pemanently down.
There are no reflections in tracking and no problems in other games (lockon, Il2)

What do you mean by twitch permanently down?

Is it just locking the view down?

Could you send me a screen shot of your tracking window?
