1 - Check the tracking screen, TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking, there should only be 1 or 3 green reflector here (depending on whether you have the Vector expansion enabled on the system.

2 - Are you using a single dot, Vector Clip, or TrackClip Pro?

3 - On the individual profiles (Flight, Racing, Default, etc.); Do you have the TrackClip Pro selected or Vector selected on the motion tab.

Hi Vincent

1) Three green points and one red in the middle ( I guess, from the NP cap)

2) Vector

3) Vector

Ok, the middle red one needs to go away, i.e. cover it up with a piece of tape or try a different hat. You want to only have the 3 green tracking dots on the screen, otherwise the unit behaves erratically.
