Not mentioned on the Games Suggestion Forum, so you might want to suggest it there.

Just the feeling I get is that they won't bother with it.

I'm not sure if the game is very moddable, but hopefully, if it is their community will make a mod supporting TrackIR.

i talked with crytek's development director, Harald Seeley (pictured here), at GDC last month.
It would be unprofessional of me to come any where near repeating what he had to say, so I'll just sum up:

Please do not get your hopes up for TrackIR support in this company's super-elite game engine.

He made a special point of making it clear to me that they don't work with companies at our scale. And that's all I have to say about that.

Graphics sure do look pretty though, and I'm sure the game will sell well.

Wow, that is a real bummer. It is sad to see such ego coming from them. You would think they would look for every opportunity to enhance their game; especially one as simple as adding TrackIr support.

Well, this news just ruined my day.
