Have been using TIR since it came out ... GREAT PRODUCT ! However, sometimes (regardless of rebooting) the tracking lags behind movement ( NOT "Smoothing" related, as I don't change those settings once I have one that works well ) producing a kind of "drunk" response "in game". Also, nothing "extra" running to make a difference between good and laggy response.

Our main technical support fellow, Rick, is out of the office right now, so i will ask around to see if others have heard of this.

Can I ask what game(s?) this is happening in, and what version of software you're using?
