I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the Lock On area of the forum, but here goes:

What is the problem with Lock On (latest patch) and TrackIR4? Is the problem caused by naturalpoint or by LockOn?

Do I have to delete the two trackir files in lockon everytime?

It's a complete pain... it worked flawlessy prior to the latest LockOn update. Now every other time I launch LockOn I hear a windows error sound and trackir has died.

Will this issue be fixed properly and can you give us more information on what causes it?

BTW: TrackIR4 is a great product and I am very happy with how it performs in every other game (ArmA, BOB2, IL2 1946, etc).

Are you refering to the 1.12a issue, where you have to delete the inf files?

In your tips and tricks section for Flaming Cliffs you say some users have experienced this problem. That implies that there isn't a problems for everyone - Have you any more information on what causes the crash?

Also - Maybe you should emphasise that users that have to delete the two files will have to delete them every time they wish to run the game. That caught me out for a while. I didn't realise they were being rewritten to the folders.
