Hi,

I've had my TrackIR for a long time and I need to download software and hook it up again.

How do I tell which version of TrackIR I have so I can install the correct software?

My TrackIR box says my model is: TrackIR GX. Is this TrackIR I, II, or III?

Just noticed the note to include serial no. in support post.

My serial no. is 009889

Hello sir,
the latest software you can download would be : v3.13

FYI, I checked out your serial number, and the order is listed as a TrackIR 2 (though i'm not sure how that could have been sent out in one of the much older GX boxes... mystery!)
