TIR 4 - "No data"

Hello,
I just recieved my TIR 4, which worked fine for an hour of play or so. Suddenly, it stopped working (while playing). Now when I enter the tracking screen it flashes between "No Data" and "Tracking".

I played around with light filtering settings, but the best result still gives jerky movement. Also the colours of the tracking screen are green and red, and not black/green - see screenshot. In the device manager there are no hardware conflicts.

I have this problem regardless of time of day and wheather conditions.
  • I tried reinstalling drivers
  • turned off USB power management
  • I plug the TIR directly to the system
  • I tried several USB ports
I really hope you can help me.

EDIT: I just tried the product on my laptop but the problem was still there. Also, I forgot to mention that the TIR Software crashes if I have the Tracking Window open for too long.

Okay, I tried to change the light filtering to 100, after reading some more posts on the forum, and it works somewhat better with games now.

However, it still flashes between "Tracking" and "No Data", is it supposed to do this?

If you have tried it, on more than one system, and are still getting the full screen background that is either red, or green, then it could be an imager issue, and I would return it to the place of purchase for a replacement unit.
