I believe the plan is to release a beta version of the Point Cloud, at the same time.

Thanks for your continued interest in our product rollouts this year. We are now shipping both V100 model cameras (FLEX and SLIM). The PointCloud software is still undergoing a private beta, although it should be available fairly soon.
