I received my TrackIR kit yesterday and played with the headset mounted thing a bit, and thought it was cool. After a bit, I used the hat clip reflector and it seemed to work jsut as well. So... What is the benefit of each of these? Does the TrackClip Pro offer something different that I am missing with the hat clip reflector?

Since I wear a hat most of the time, and only wear a headset when using FSX, if I am not loosing anything, the hat mounted reflector seems to be a better option.

One of the main advantages is that it can help with stray reflections from the TrackIR, with such things as a mirror positioned behind you, as the TrackIR LEDs are turned off with the TrackClip Pro.
