V100: No working example

Hi,
I just got a V100 camera for tests before we order more.
Unfortunately, I have a problem with the example programs. I cant load them in VS (2005):

1) I installed drivers etc. from the CD.
2) Since there are no examples on the CD, I downloaded the first one
from the website: OptiTrack_sample_VC8b.zip
3) I copied the files in the sample folder of the optitrack install
directory (which is C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\Optitrack\samples)

4) I try to open the file Optitrack.sln (also tried the vcproj file).

5) I get the following error:
Project file 'C:\Program
Files\CameraDLLs\VisualStudio\VS2005\VS2005.vcproj' could not be load,
missing or access denied.

6) Of course, because there is no such file, or such a directory etc.

Any ideas how I can at least test the camera? Is there a compiled verison somewhere around? Or anyone who knows whats wrong?

Thanks a lot,
hns

I get that same error that you get, but when I start the debugger the sample app still runs properly. I think you can just ignore the error. I'm working with a c120 at the moment though (upgrading soon).

Mark is correct, it should be possible to ignore the error and still compile the sample. We have an update which should be posted shortly which removes the missing extra projects.
