Setting up Vector on pc with no internet access

Hello. I've had a Track IR 3 pro for a few years now and its great. I'm trying to use my track IR on a computer that does not have internet access. Because my computer does not have internet access, I can't verify my vector clip. Please, is there a way you can activate my 6dof on my pc with no internet access? Thankyou.
