Hello, i am interested in TrackIR but i use Debian 4.0 to play my games and do not own a windows license.

Has anyone run TrackIR successfully using wine or even natively. Mostly i would use it for EVE Online and the occasional fp-shooter.

Buying a windows license is not an option .

bye martin

It won't work, closest you can get is using linuxtrack but it doesn't work too great. NP needs to put their driver in the linux kernel, but i think they do not know how to or even care to.

could try to use wine to run VMware Player. Then run winXP in VMware player because it can handle SRO pretty well. I dont know if this would work though.
