We write about this problem few months ago...we cant install cameras on my laptop yet, they are a new TOSHIBA laptop with USB2 drivers working and all BIOS and software updates install and work fine...

all..except the Optitrack cameras...

Can you help me to do it work ....

The cameras are working properly on other systems?

Just an issue with this 1 laptop?

What are the system specs, for the laptop?

How many USB ports?

Have you tried using a PCMCIA USB card?

An external USB hub, with it's own power supply?

Does the laptop detect the hardware?
