TrackIR 4 Pro dead

Hi gents. First, sorry for my english. I'm from Spain.
I have bought a TrackIR 4 Pro four weeks ago. It had worked well for three weeks. With no reason (no changes on PC hardware or software), the device doesn't start never more. Well... it starts, but the "status" message remains showing "configurating" , and the blue light blinks periodically with very smooth light (not the usual led light).
I have changed the USB port, reinstalled the software, and installed the device in other PC (I have 2 computers in local network).
First PC is an A64-X2 on an ASUS M2N32-SLI motherboard. Second PC (test unit) is an A64 on MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard.
I have read in spanish forums that there is not inhabitual this failuire with TrackIR 4, and the solution is to send the device to Naturalpoint to be changed. What is the next step I must do ?
