Track IR software problem

Hi guys, I wonder if any of you have this prob. When I fire up the software and select heads to review settings, bloody Microsoft tells me that it has found a problem and shuts down the program. It's fine without heads. The latest software is installed and all else is perfect. Not a biggie but I would like to use heads for tweaking. Thanks in advance...Hevy kevy.

What video card do you have installed?
What version of the drivers are you running?
What version of DirectX?

Hi Vincent, thanks for the quick reply. I am running DX9 on a nVidea geForce FX GO5200 with 64mb ( don't laugh ) driver version 6.14.10.5764. I am running Trackir driver version 4.1.030. Hope this helps and hope you are well. Kev Gardner

i was going to ask the same, then i checked myself using fraps and the trackIR face uses DX8, could it be the video drivers causing it ?

they have hacked drivers that will still work on your card, might be worth a look around as your drivers must be a few years old now !

I would check to see in there are any updated drivers for your video card.....
