BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

High guys,i bought the product and arrived yesterday,I installed it as the manual stated and then opened up the executable file on my desktop,it says is tracking and everything looks ok but all of a sudden i get this screen

and my computer shuts down completely.

I`ve used every single USB port on my computer.Back and Front.
If someone could come up with a solution it would be great.
