When I look up my view goes to my seat?

In Aces High 2 when I try to look straight up my view switches to my seat. Can anyone help?
Do you have the TrackClip Pro, or vector selected in the individual profiles?
Looking at the tracking screen, TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking, do you only have 3 green dots on that screen, and no red ones?
From the tracking screen , select settings, and check to make sure that the camera position is set to 0.
